Schweinebraten (Tuesday Evening Only)  

Pork roast seasoned with country wine, lemon pepper and Herbes de Provence. The pork is slowly roasted and served with spatzle, gravy and red cabbage.

"Enjoy a beer or wine, either or both will be fine!"

  
Sauerbraten (Thursday Evening Only)  

Rheinelands favorite! Marinated up to 48 hours in our own red wine marinate and oven roasted. The dish is served with spatzle, golden brown sweet and sour sauce, red cabbage and fruit cup.

"A nice deep red wine, glass or bottle, will make this entrée fit for a King or Queen."

  
Schweine Haxen (Friday Evening Only)  

A large pork hock served with our own homemade sauerkraut, butter parsley potatoes and a fruit cup.

"A Rauch beer, or Kostritzer will send you Zum Himmel der Bayern!"

  
Schweine Ripple (Saturday Evening Only)  

Our oven baked pork ribs are smothered with our own seasoning until tender. Dish served with butter parsley potatoes, sauerkraut and a fruit cup.

"You won't need a knife. Enjoy with a Rauch or Black beer!"

  
Bratwurst  
A brat on a bed of sauerkraut with parsley butter spatzle and a fruit cup or served with a tossed salad and cold potato salad.  
Schlacht Platte  
Weisswurst, Bauerwurst, Knackwurst, and a Weinerwurst (over 1/2 pound of sausage) served on a bed of sauerkraut, a fruit cup, ketchup and mustard.  
Rouladen  
A 7 ounce tender beef filet wrapped around bacon, onions, carrots, and a dill pickle. Served on a bed of spatzle with gravy, red cabbage and a fruit cup.  
Kassler Rippchen  
Smoke boneless pork loin, served on our sauerkraut, with parsley buttered potatoes and a fruit cup.  
Wiener Schnitzel (Germany's Finest)  
Seasoned and breaded veal, pan fried golden brown. Served with our own assorted salad plate, cold potato salad with parsley and a sprinkle of paprika, lemon wedge and fruit cup.  
Gerauchterte Rippchen  
A 7 ounce smoked pork chop, served with red cabbage, spatzle and gravy or parsley buttered potatoes. Or served with tossed salad and cold potato salad.  

All of our entrées are prepared by hand at the time they are ordered. Please relax and prepare yourself for a vacation into the heart of Bavaria, while our chef devotes her attention to your dinner.
